The Editorial Board of Al-Biruni Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences is pleased to announce that the journal has been indexed and included in the EBSCO database, one of the world's leading international academic databases. This achievement reflects the journal's ongoing commitment to enhancing the quality of scholarly publishing and increasing the global visibility and accessibility of the research it publishes. The inclusion in EBSCO is expected to strengthen the journal's international presence and contribute to greater academic recognition and citation opportunities for its authors and researchers.
The Al-Biruni Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences is pleased to announce the launch of an international research competition aimed at encouraging in-depth academic studies on current issues in the Arab region.
A monetary award of 500 USD will be granted to the best paper accepted for publication in one of the following topics:
1. Political and social transformations in the Arab region after the events of October 7 and their implications for the regional and international landscape.
2. The prospects and future of Syria, domestically and internationally, in the post–Bashar al-Assad era and the potential transformations in its political and social structure.
Participation Requirements:
The research must be original and unpublished.
The author must adhere to the publication standards adopted by the Al-Biruni Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences.
Papers should be submitted via the journal’s official email within the submission deadline.
